Out of your two choices I would choose the Classic Gray. It's lighter and will make your bathroom feel more open. I would also look at Benjamin Moore Sonnet AF-55. It might compliment your tiles more. To brighten up the space I would also add a crisp white shower curtain and put down a large bath rug in a complimentarily light greige color. If you have a little bit of room in your budget I would suggest either replacing the dark wood vanity or painting the existing one in a warm gray like Benjamin Moore Stone Harbor 2111-50.

I agree with KDC and would also suggest updating that dark wood door. A newer style white door from your local building store is not really all that expensive. We had a dark door like that in our last older home, when we updated it to a newer style white one it made a big difference.

I kinda like the wood doors in our house. It looks darker in that photo than it really is. And they go with the mid-century modern-ness of the exterior doors that I love. Sure they're super inefficient and not safe at all, but I still love them.

Don't add more beige or greige if you want to make it less beige. Try a terracotta from the reddish tile in the flooring. Or pick a lively wallpaper instead if you have a good exhaust fan.

Gray will look terrible with your cream and beige tiles, and still be bland. Look at a very light shade of blue or greenish/blue. Beige and blue is like the sand and sky. It will look fresh and visually expand the space.

I like the chantilly plan best. Pull it together with accessories.

I would be honestly tempted to paint it a full on strong colour like orange, citrus or turquoise.

I can't see gray, blue or green with all that brown and beige and the multi-colored floor tile. I'd be inclined to go with cream or white, paint the vanity white, and accessorize.

I would prime and paint the vanity as well. I love the blue idea for the walls.

You could go with a spa blue color like Benjamin Moore Seafoam. Then add a white shower curtain, white rugs and white or maybe brown towels.
