Thank you so much everybody! I LOVE the cabinets painted in the Bittersweet Chocolate so that is a definite (and moonshadow, thank you so much for posting the instructions!) I will also check into all the colors that everyone suggested. I had sampled Sea Salt on my wall and it looked very "baby blue" to me (again it is just a sample and still in my awful lighting). A few years ago, I had painted what I thought was a definite grey-blue on the walls. When all was said and done, it was a "baby blue". I really hated it. I lived with it for a couple of years and then redid the bathroom (in country wallpaper etc. which I have now come to hate too!) That is probably why I am trying to capture the perfect greenish tone in the paint because my family will think I have lost it if I paint and it turns "baby blue"... Thanks, again, everybody. It looks like I have some researching to do!

Just painted a room SW Softer Tan. Very soothing color. Not pink, or grey or yellow. After looking at your pictures, have you considered a nice off white to go with the tiles? It might help to unify the walls, then you could use a complimentary color in your towels,rug and shower curtain, etc.

thanks everyone for your votes! i think we have narrowed it down to going with blues or the creamy whites. emmarene, i liked the green too but DH nixed the oranges or greens. atkillery, i agree the tans would not be crisp enough. mayflowers and crl, thank you for the suggestion to pick the white from the accent tile! i don't know why that thought never crossed my mind, lol. that is why i need you folks :-) annie, DH and i both like the wedgwood too and think it could give more contrast/impact, just have to see if it will be too dark. tibbrix, i really like the idea of white wainscoting and then blue on top, I am not sure i can do the wainscoting now though as we have 6" tile baseboards installed? here is a pic of our walls, just primed. I guess a creamy white might look similar? I'll try to photoshop in some blues for you guys to see too. with so many color choices, it was so hard for me to narrow it down, so thank you! now we just need to pick the perfect shade!

I might use the warm beach glass blue-green color that you have in in your accent tile..only make it deeper, somewhat darker color..such tile plays well either with colors drawn from it, where it blends(such as now)-or it needs something stronger next to it but still keeping same warmth of shade of a color chosen. Would you consider this direction? Of coure one needs to make samples first etc. To see how looks in the space I also think deeper warm blue-green like that will be a nice background for dark vanity. Will play well with gold too if you go forward with redoing the pulls etc.
