Comments (7)I'm not clear on why you don't like this placement? To me, this looks ideal - kids zone at the end of the room with shelving and baskets for storage, TV on wall by windows with couch facing it. You have a nice set up for ease of conversation and looks warm and inviting....See MoreHelp arrange living room and dining room
Comments (1)Having trouble connecting the floor plan with your photos. I walk into your front door and the kitchen is to my right. Keep going and I would come to the dining area? You have one sofa separating the living from dining? How about photos of just the living dining area and throw in some measurements. Imagining the left side of this large window is your fireplace and the right side is the patio door could you do a long sofa, long entertainment piece and one more chair on this viewer's side of the ottoman? If you keep a dining area, you could always pull in those chairs for extra seating....See MoreHelp me decorate a toddler’s room
Comments (5)Thanks @arcy_gw. I looked into roller shades after you mentioned them. They are rather pricey. I was thinking shorter curtains though because you are right, baby girl will swing on anything! The crib converts to a toddler then full size bed. I looked into wall decals for the wall with the crib. But without painting the wall, my options are very limited....See MoreNeed help with living room arrangement

The coffee table is too large and the table on the stairwell wall is too small. It should be 75% as wide as the wall area. As for a credenza, it may block up the walkway too much. Consider instead a pair of matching consoles or chests flanking the fireplace under the two windows. Personally, I would rather have TV on the wall, but you'd need a glare free one or light blocking window treatments....See MoreSabrina Alfin Interiors
