This is trickier than you think. If you choose and "off white" for the cabinet paint and keep your totally white appliances, the cabinet paint will look like whatever undertone is in the white, most likely yellow. They'll look like they need to be painted even though you've just painted them. I would recommend painting them an actual color in your granite. These are all Ralph Lauren paints, but you can find similar colors at SW if you like their paint. The top image is your Kilim Beige, bottom is your granite. Consider other beiges (like Edwardian Linen), greys (like Cove Point) , taupes (like Antique Bone), and browns (like Desert Caftan). If you really want white cabinets, choose a white that matches your appliances - they look fine with the granite, right?

How bright is the white of the trim? Does the trim extend into the kitchen? Is it open plan? Or a separate room? If the last, don't worry about it. It doesn't matter unless it bugs you. I wanted to do all my moldings in the same white but couldn't find a good one, so I used the pure white-white (I think it was BM Superwhite) and added one part of the "Maya Brown" of my rear entry wall to twelve parts pure white. This worked so well that I did all of the white walls in 8:1 of the same, and the downstairs ceiling in 5:1. That said, can you incorporate a subtone of the eggshell/brown into the bright white?

I decide by whether the lampshade is primarily seen on or off. If off then the true color of the lampshade will coordinate with whatever is around it and in my case its the furnishings (not the trim or wall color since both are white/neutral). But now I have a lampshade that when the light is off is a white linen. When the light is on it's off-white and yellowy... in the room it's viewed both on and off so even if I wanted white I'd only get it half the time.
