Roselle leaf recipes

I grew Roselle this year - a hibiscus that produces calyces that give red zinger tea both its red and it’s zing. We had our first flirts with frost last night and the night before and there is no way I am going to get either flowers or ripe fruit. But evidently the foliage is edible and I have 10 bushy plants. It seems it is used in India and other cultures. I was wondering if anyone has experience with Roselle or Gongura recipes?
