Need backsplash with Mont Blanc quartzite. Suggestions? traditional white subway tile?

For the design experts that may ask, heres what I got so far

Countertop and Island= Mont Blanc quartzite quarried Brazil (white with gray/ light tan veining)

Cabinets = SW Alabaster (white)

Wall colors= SW worldly gray (looks very warm gray in my space)

Trim= SW Alabaster (a small trim sample shown with slab)

Floors = polished sealed matte concrete no stain added

Appliances = stainless steel

Kitchen sink= Kohler short apron cast iron

Plumbing fixtures = brushed nickel

Lighting fixtures= oil rubbed bronze

cabinet pulls = undecided; either brushed nickel or oil rubbed bronze

The space:

Exterior = farmhouse; vertical hardie board/ batten SW Alabaster; stained cedar posts on covered porch; stained wood front door, stained shutters, galvanized metal roof

Goal: farmhouse; love Joanna Gaines style.
