I think your best option would be to steal some of that closet space next to the fridge to put in double ovens.

You have no pictures posted, and you need an architect, a budget, a plan, a contractor, drawings, permits etc.

I think the basket is too wide and bulky for that space. I also think you should do what makes you happy. If you love the basket, put it up! If you feel the need to put something in that space, it should be rectangular, hung the long way to fit the space. Maybe you have another place for the basket. You did not ask for comments about your pictures, but I will say they are not too high. However—The bottom of the bigger picture should be level with the bottom of the smaller picture. One is a little higher. If the big picture is hung with a wire, you may be able to loosen the wire a little bit and lower it down.

I rarely see air switches and tapmasters discussed these days--maybe because they are de rigueur, or have fallen out of favor. Combi-steam ovens are newish and induction is becoming more popular. Instapots and air fryers are new, in the small appliance world.
