Design dilemma! Paint all walls leading to kitchen, just one wall?

We just finished drywall in our new home and I'm having a major color design dilemma as an accent color in our foyer and where the heck the paint should stop -- it's a bit awkward since the only clear defining stop point is the hallway walls that end as you enter the kitchen.

The pictures are terrible and before the drywall was primed and all the windows are still covered in plastic so it's pretty dark (and windows still have the blue film on them). Because of that, it's kind of fruitless to try and paint sample sections on the wall and get a true color read.

Photo 1 shows entry. On the left is a mudroom and on the right is an office. Accent color to run all the way to the ceiling which will be white (that leads to all 2nd story ceiling white)

Photo 2 shows the front doors and the walls flanking the hallway. Beyond the scaffolding on the right is the living room and on the left, stairs. This is taken from just inside the kitchen area. You can't see in the photo but on the right just by the scaffolding, the wall continues (no wall break) to the family room wall on the right. There is an easy stop point on the left wall that leads to the stairs.

Photo 3 shows another view from further in the kitchen. The ceilings are all 9' but the unfinished drywall in this photo is deceiving. There are also sliding doors in the family room and in the kitchen with the blue protective film still on them, and 4 windows in the kitchen behind me in this photo also covered so everything is dark and blue :/

My primary wall and ceiling color is Benjamin Moore Simply White, all windows are black frames. I'm struggling with the perfect 'greige' as an accent and definitely with whether to just paint the door wall as an accent (2 stories with a rail on the second floor so the ceiling is about 18' high), or carry that accent to the kitchen (9' ceiling on the main floor). Or, go for all white and focus on my decor...

Since the entry is so high up (and we're having it sprayed with no back roll to keep the smoothness), I will never paint it again :)

Any and all advice or opinions are much appreciated!
