Please help me decorate my bathroom! (Thank you!)
Comments (27)OH! THANK YOU! I am so loving ALL your ideas and suggestions, and believe me, I am seriously considering each and every one of them! OK... so I cut out some sheets of paper the sizes of the pictures we have been considering. The 4 pieces of paper on the long wall represent the four 13.5" Sturbridge ("4 Seasons") prints. I think they fill the wall nicely! The 2 pieces of paper above the toilet represent the two 8" x 10" Warren Kible prints (the cat and the pig). (Boo seems to approve!!!) THEN, I'll change out the toilet seat (probably a plain white one... or maybe black???), and maybe replace the magazine holder with something like this... ... and call it *DONE*!!! So, what do you guys think?! And remember, you can be BRUTALLY honest!!! Really! ;o)...See MoreI need help decorating my singkewide mobile home small bathroom bath

Comments (10)I agree, the wall above the toilet is barren. I was thinking of either adding floating shelves or a leaning shelf ladder to go over the toilet. The other concern is where to put the towel bar. The door to this bathroom opens in and would hit the bar if we placed it on the wall (I asked for it to open out and the contractors pretty much laughed at me). I guess towel hooks wouldn't be a bad idea (thanks, Maureen!) I would love to add artwork but worry that the moisture would ruin them? Is there a certain type of frame that I would need to use for artwork in bathrooms? No plans to cover the linen closet - I was going to buy some nice baskets to keep it looking organized. A vanity would not fit so that is why we opted for the console sink which left us with no storage. Sorry, I don't have a photo of the blank wall, but I will upload it when I am there next. Thanks for all the advice!...See MoreNeed design advice for bathroom remodel
Comments (16)Emilyam819, thank you. Option 2 is less expensive, and if it looks good, I’m all for keeping costs down. Linen Closet already exists. Additional Linen Closet will replace the current stall shower in the water closet room. I’ve always felt that there was something “off” about the bathroom layout, but didn’t know what it was. You identified it: that the Linen Closet isn’t even with the other walls. I like the idea of a hamper. Design Interior South suggested a base cabinet with a pull-out or tilt-out hamper. I am leaning toward that idea now....See Moredecoenthusiaste
