My next project: Victim of the California drought. A critter looking for water chewed through a water pipe and destroyed our entire kitchen. Working on rebuilding it from the subfloor to the top of the cabinets.

Commented: Bathroom fixtures going with kitchen fixtures? I think a simular style is nice to give a flow to the house as you move from room to room. It give the home a more thought out and finished look.

Commented: What kind of chairs? I like number three too. Great pop of color and they still let some light in. I also think the style goes best with your sofa.

Commented: Vision- Huge, awkward Master; small bath I like it! I have had a home where you could go from the bathroom to the closet and I LOVED IT. Moisture in the closet was never a problem. I also love the new location of the bed. Great plan!
