Rinse 1/3 and 2/3 Miele Little Giant PW6065
Comments (4)@Larsi, I can tell you I'm jealous. I'm one of those too, that constantly think about the water levels too. I mean... everything looks rinsed well, and it seems a little meaningless, but it defys all basic logic, and it drives me crazy :P And it's a Miele. How Perfect is that? ;)...See MoreNEW Miele Little Giant Dryer finally HERE! Yipeeee!
Comments (40)@Alex and Larsi, thanks for the great info! I hope you don't mind my hijacking this thread. Sadly, I need to stack. I agree, I hate to spend that kind of money on a dryer. Part of the issue is that my current Frigidaire pair is literally jammed in the laundry closet. And it's small for washer/dryers these days! Add that with my dryer being broken, I'm looking at options. Of course the most cost effective is to repair, which I will anyway (and forward to a family member) and jam it back in and hope it doesn't need any repairs until my back and shoulders heal, lol. Or replace now with a set that fits better. I'm on the fence. Is a condenser dryer shrink cotton polos on low hot, or just hot because it's a closed loop? What are average times for say jeans and towels? Or polos and chinos on low heat? The washer is my dream. As a massage therapist, I buy a washer based on how high the temp gets for getting massage oil/cream out of my sheets. Being able to process quickly will be great too. Thanks for the insight, I wish I could see them in action. I've only seen them unplugged. Are they quiet, like the residential ones?...See MoreMiele washer and dryer (W 1 & T 1) capacity: king duvet!
Comments (17)Just to share. Since I purchased a Miele W1 I could no longer use the King size comforter I was using. This is what I purchased at it washes very well on Normal cycle in my W1. There is some room to give in drum. I would advise to only use water plus without max rinse level. Maybe a touch of fabric softener. https://www.wayfair.com/bed-bath/pdp/nautica-adleson-single-reversible-quilt-nal1680.html?piid=15425096...See MoreMiele W1 T1, which model do I choose? Help!
Comments (2)Main reason to go with the WWF060 over the WWB020 is if you want the extra cycles that are offered. I would recommend downloading the manuals for both to make sure you get the model that has everything you need. Personally I would go with the WWF060 because it offers a separate rinse cycle, this is great if you have any soap left in your clothes and you just want to run two rinses and spin quickly after. The other thing on the WWB020 is under extra options for a cycle, there is no option to add another (3rd) rinse or any option to set 'maximum rinse level' for extra water in the rinse cycle. Also minor, but WWB020 doesn't list a light in the drum. Spin speed on WWF060 can go up to 1600rpm (so clothes will dry faster), on WWB020 it's 1400rpm. On the dryer, differences are a little less drastic. On the TWF160 you'll get the better interface, extra cycles, WiFi and it supports a basket as an accessory....See MoreH Seattle
