Has anyone here tried it? It has become a secret ingredient for me since I bought it last year at Trader Joe's just out of curiosity. TJ's no longer carries it and I thought I was in trouble. I searched online and it looks like there is one producer and a handful of places that carry it in stores or online. I found it at Sprouts in their bulk section,

The flour is made from the outed shell of the coffee bean that is usually a waste product for all the coffee beans that are roasted, ground and brewed for morning wake-ups and late night sessions. The flour is the color of a rich milk chocolate powder and it smells a little sweet and chocolatey -- a little nutty and a little fruity. I just started playing with it -- a tablespoon or two in baked goods. really good in muffins -- without without eggs. LOL Now that I have found it again, I may try some other things.
