Sub. for Barley Flour

What can I use as a substitute for barley flour?

Here's the recipe I want to make...

Barley-Orange Muffins

1 orange, peeled, seeded and chopped

1/2 cup orange juice

1/2 cup chopped dates

1 egg

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1 3/4 cups barley flour

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. baking soda

In a blender or food processor, puree orange with orange juice. Add dates, egg and butter and blend.

Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl and stir in orange mixture until just moistened.

Fill well-greased muffin tins until two-thirds full.

Bake at 400'F for 20 minutes.

Let stand 5 minutes before removing from pan.
