I'm not 100% sure, but my general approach would be to find something that would bind the grout cleaner. For example, I recently spilled oil on my couch, so I threw a box of baking soda on it for a day and it absorbed the oil right out of the fabric. I don't know what your grout cleaner is made from, so I'm not sure what would absorb it. In your situation, I would call the grout cleaner manufacturer and ask for their recommendation. I wouldn't put hydrogen peroxide on wood floor without first talking to the manufacturer, as hydrogen peroxide seems like it would be pretty harsh on wood. As a last resort, you could try sanding, staining, and poly-ing that small section of the floor if you know the stain color. Just keep in mind that since it's been sitting for 2-3 days, the stain may have gone deeper than you could reasonably sand.

I'm so sorry about your situation :( Hopefully the manufacturer will have some thoughts. Post back if you figure out how to fix it.

Tried the hydrogen peroxide and it works! I did 1 session for 2 hours, and then another for 3 hours, and it is slowly disappearing. I'll do another session, and hopefully it will blend in with the rest of the texture and will check every Amazon box moving forward!

I'm glad you found something that worked for your floor, just please don't do more than it needs, or your finish will start to wear away in that spot.

You are absolutely correct. I almost went too much the other way. I did another 3 hour session and good thing I checked because I started seeing the edges going too light ! Here is the final finish. You can see some whitish edges, so that's my cue to stop. Overall I'm fine with this. Funny thing I asked my husband to point to the stained spot and he pointed to the wrong area. That means success! Ppl won't be able to notice :)))
