Pico de Gallo Salsa Starter

I just made this recipe and thought others with gardens or farm market access would be interested in it. It's a fermented recipe and will store easily for a year. The Mother Earth News article suggest adding 1/2 c. of starter to 3 cups diced fresh tomatoes for salsas.
