Comments (18)Hi Tisha! Most of the oldies moved on when GW changed their policies about posting pictures. If any of you want to know where the "other" forum is send me an email through my GW profile. I don't want to get banned for advertising. I must warn you, the HP forum isn't as busy as this one, but we all do post a lot on the C&S forum there. Maybe with some more oldies from GW there it would pick up, hint, hint, :) :) It seems that there are less beginner questions, and very few arguements about care, which is always nice. on a side note I am checking in from San Diego, where I got to meet Cena for the first time yesterday at the SDES pre-show sale and the SDCSS meeting right next door :)...See MoreDale Thomas Intros blooming today. Comments (10)I did some budcounts on Thomas intros. Some might be off as these are all blooming and its difficult to get an accurant count until you have empty scapes and budscars. Comments (33)Michelle- We must have cross posted. Her pictures, to put it bluntly, are terrible. When I was there last year picking up my daylilies (only 20 minutes away) she showed me newer pictures of many on her computer and you would not believe the difference. If I remember correctly, most of the pictures are scanned in from copies of copies because thats what she had to use at the time the website was done. I know personally that they are truely lates and not just listed as lates as her garden is local to mine and that bloom in August there will be August here. Not sure how it would work out way down south but at least they would bloom after most of the others....See MoreToday's Activity
Comments (18)We still have 3 females. Interesting thing is that one of the females will hover and act very interested in one of my regular bird feeders. The feeder is a dark burgundy color and not a bright red. She will spend several seconds at it before coming to the hummer feeder. Each morning I feel joy when I see one of my girls on her favorite dogwood branch. I dread the morning when she will be not be there....See More- 9 years ago
