And while we're at it, thank you Glenda for one of our favorite coleslaw recipes. I can't tell you how many times we've enjoyed it over the years. How long ago did you go on that cruise? I'll repost it for anyone who hasn't seen it. There's a photo of it on the last WFD thread. ALASKAN COLESLAW 5 cups shredded cabbage 1/2 cup almonds, toasted 1 cup dried cranberries (I use 1/2 cup) 1/2 cup celery, diced 1/4 cup chopped green onions, white and green parts 1/2 cups chopped green bell pepper Dressing: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish 1 tablespoon honey mustard 1 tablespoon honey Salt and pepper Combine cabbage, almonds, cranberries, celery, green onions, and green pepper in a large bowl. Combine all dressing ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste, and refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour dressing over slaw just before serving. Stir well.

I frequent Joel's downtown Trussville, when their menu calls my name :o) Sometimes I meet Linda from GA now from Al, who lives in Remlap Or there's The Summit, which is 459 for you coming from Trussville onto 280. I live close to The Summit. I have new wheels, will travel :o) Next week, first part is birthday for my son, turning 48, so maybe the end of the week or the next week?
