Smokey Taupe really depends on the room/lighting. I have it in my basement (almost no natural light) and it shows no pink at all. How about Everlasting? On the same strip as Stone Hearth. I have used Everlasting in a couple of rooms. It's what I'd call a sand color. Used it in my beach house along with various blues just for that reason! I personally think it is a mistake to only think in terms of the one area. Remember, when a door is opened, its color shows into that other area. Also, that whole room becomes visible from some viewpoint simultaneously with the other area. Whatever the white chosen, makes sure it is agreeable with other color choices in the house. Using a common woodwork color will simplify your life, and ultimately lower your painter's estimate for your job. Also keep in mind that many of the "clear" white colors contain little or no lamp black or raw umber. What this means is that you sacrifice the covering ability of that white, i.e. you may well have to do 2 coats to get the old woodwork color blanked out.

We decided on SW High Reflective White for the ceilings and SW Accessible Beige for this room, as during my research, High Reflective White appeared to actually play well with others lol...no tint. Some of our rooms are gray and some greige so I didn’t want it to clash at all. What isn’t so obvious is that the color on the walls in this room are actually SW Urban Putty which in person actually has more yellow tint than I’d like. We have Accessible in our master bath and have for a few years and I still like it.
