I'm back with a minor genealogy mystery.

William W. Glossenger of Salem Township (Hamlin), PA (8 Oct 1821 - 30 Jan 1894), was married to Sophia, who died September 22, 1854 at the age of 23.

He was also married to Mary Ann, who died in 1886 at the age of 51.

He and Mary Ann had a son, George, who died at the age of 1 year in 1852.

On the stone monument with all the above is Velnia, daughter of William W. and F.W. Glossenger. Velnia died when she was 2.

The local historical society lists her as Velma, a more common name, but this stone sure looks like Velnia to me. Of course, the carver could have made a mistake.

So . . . I'm wondering if it's possible to find out who F. W. Glossenger was. Neither FindAGrave nor the local historical society lists her. William died 9 months after Velnia/Velma.

Thanks in advance!
