Grape Jelly Much Too Sweet!

I don't suppose there is anything to do about the fact that the jelly is really sweet. I made it last year and didn't have any issues. Don't know if the grapes were sweeter and with all that sugar added, much too sweet! I was reluctant to make the jelly without using pectin. Should have gone with the traditional receipe where it is cooked longer with less sugar.

Also, it is hard to find Concord grapes around here so to make another batch now, I have to go searching for grapes.
