anbrand1 is correct: Proper ventilation is critical when brewing indoors, even when brewing electric. While you won't have poisonous gases to worry about, humidity is a concern. Complete details on the ventilation requirements of an indoor electric brewing setup can be found here: http://www.theelectricbrewery.com/ventilation

I was finally able to get my system built. With a good ventilation system I haven't had to worry about any condensation. I can also open a door or two if needed.

Some great ideas! Thanks for the great product ideas - and for highlighting the different types and styles. Wine making is a great joy, and there are many ways achieve a decent result - from the complex to a wine recipe made easy.

My first attempts at doing it was with one of the local u-brew type of places, where you buy the juice, and they provide all the necessary equipment and so forth, including the bottles and bottling equipment, and it worked out very well! Since then have gone on to more of the 'home brew' techniques, but they usually turn out quite well.

Thanks for a great article!
