HELP! a problem: are my tadpoles ready ...... ?

I have had hundreds of black tadpoles hatch in my small pond. They have gone from just the black body & tails to changing colors from black to brown to now have tiny feet & mouths but still have their tail & swimming on top of the water.

What should I do with them ... they can't climb out of the pond sides from the water level so worried they now can drown? Should I take them out of the water & put them in the shade of the garden now .... they still look so small & delicate!?

I do see some small toads on the porch at night ... waiting for bugs I guess to eat that fall from the porch light as well as many, many adult toads that over the years have invaded our yard as well as the neighbor's I guess as they breed in our pond. I guess they don't breed except where there is some water?

Thanks for any helpful ideas for these little ones!!!
