Wilting dracaena. Any ideas? Help please

So here's my other failing houseplant. I have what I believe is some sort of dracaena that has been doing great indoors near an east facing window for two years now. It has good fast draining soil, and the pot drains well. In the last two weeks I've noticed one of the branches' leaves (lower branch on the far left) have started to wither and turn black from the tips downward. The other branches looks just fine, but this struggling branch's leaves are all dying from bottom most to top most very slowly. I have been watering the same way (every two weeks) for the last two years. Everything looks good as far as I can tell. This branch was furthest away from the window. So in the pictures you can see I've moved it out to catch more light. Any ideas what's possibly happening here? I'd say maybe it needs more water or fertilizer, but the other branches seem to be doing just fine. See pictures...I included some pics of the healthy branches to aid in identification.
