Also which was quite disturbing & why I want it out is it doesn't make alot of peppers my carribean red was loaded all summer with peppers the unkown had maybe half dozen & the other chocolate brown hab had 1 pepper all summer...it was sort of brick brown Now that its cooler they are both loaded with blossoms???? Thanks for the positive comments, everyone. CC, you are a kick. I know that you have the creativity and artistic ability to take this idea and improve upon it in a major way. I just copied what I saw. I forgot to mention that I placed a two inch cube (painted red for the holidays) under each bottle in the back row to give them extra height. I did make the labels. 1, Typed in something (Christmas tags, maybe?) into the Google search engine and clicked on images. 2. Found a round tag I liked. Imported it into my paint program (GIMP is free for both PCs and Macs). 3. Erased the inside lettering. 4. Typed in the words I needed. 5. Printed them out on heavy paper. For the chocolate labels, 1. I went to the William Sonoma website and found where they were selling hot chocolate mix. 2. I grabbed the pictures of their products (They sell three flavors), cut a circle out around the words on the pictures, and inserted them into the round tags. Make sense?????

Don't know if it's just cream cheese or all cheese you want to avoid, but I like this one: The Etiquette Grrls' Recipe for Artichoke Dip 1 can artichoke hearts (not the marinated kind, the ones packed in water), drained Mayonnaise (regular Hellmann's, not the low-fat/ low-cal kind) 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese (or a parmesan/ mozzarella/ provolone blend, which you can buy premixed at the grocer's!) 1/2 package chopped spinach (optional) Crusty bread and/ or Carr's crackers Preheat oven to 350F. Chop artichoke hearts in the Cuisinart, or mash them up with the back of a fork. Don't chop them too finely--it's better if the dip has some Fairly Sizable Artichoke Chunks in it. Place artichokes in bowl; mix in 2 or 3 Good Dollops of mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, cheese, and spinach (if using). Is the dip creamy? If not, add more mayo. Turn into a small casserole dish. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until dip is bubbly, and golden-brown around the edges. Serve with crackers and/ or bread. Smile politely when praised by Your Guests!

loonlakelaborcamp, that is an idea I hadn't considered! unfortunately, I hadn't considered it because we don't drink, and neither do probably 70% of our guests. No wonder I'm digging this hot chocolate bar so much--it is obviously filling a need for us in the drinking department XD
