It is very cold here and snow is coming again too. My supper was a smoked sausage sandwich and some 4 bean salad. I had hot cocoa to drink.

Chicken pot pie. Started with one for dinner last night, ended up with enough filling for three. I just can't cook for two people! LOL
Good thing hubby loves leftovers. I'll throw a hot dog under the broiler.

Cup of chili and grilled cheddar cheese on rye sandwich! Yummy to the tummy!

Cold here, too. we escaped that first cold arctic blast, but not this one. I'm still on my chicken noodle soup/Boost Plus diet, darnit!

We had leftover stew. I think it was better tonight than it was last night.

I made a Bertolli frozen skillet dinner-love those things, they are so easy and taste good to me. It is very cold here, too. I haven't gone anyplace for 2 days because of the cold.

I had scrambled eggs and a waffle for my meal.

We went out with our Wine and Dine group last night....delicious crab cake and filet dinner. You could cut the filet with a butter knife. I saved half for dinner tonight. DH doesn't want dinner until Christmas day. I'm sure he'll find something here to eat but wants to lose weight. Not the way to do it but since I won't have to cook, who am I to argue. LOL

Cold here, it was 14 this morning. I love this kind of weather.

We went & got 2 loads of wood, after getting 2 yesterday good day for doing that. Now hubby will have lots to do splitting the wood.

Dinner for hubby was a tuna steak with brown rice & I had a pork chop with mashed potato

Cold here too. Sunny though, which was nice.

I was going to make grilled cheese sandwiches with latkes. I made latkes recently and we really liked them. I have a sweet potato which needs to be used up and I was going to combine sweet and yellow.

I changed my mind, my taste buds were tasting Pasta Puttanesca. So that's what we had with garlic toast.

I like garlic toast, but I usually burn one side under the broiler!

Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and grits.

home made pizza with a green salad made from arugala with almonds and craisins.

I made some crab-stuffed flounder fillets, with what I call "asian noodles" and steamed broccoli, with a fair pinot grigio.

Grilled pork chops that were slathered with soy and a bit of garlic. The grill was rubbed with a bit of sesame seed oil. I was too tired and it was band concert night, so the side ended up being leftover potatoes au gratin. Weird combo, but it filled us up. I would've loved something green grilled alongside the pork chop, bok choy? or something. Asian noodles would've been good with it.

had to take my car to repair place and dh had a olive garden lunch, so did breakfast!
