Shoulder Arthritis

I'm turning to the forum to see if anyone has any advice. I have arthritis in both shoulders, but severe in the right shoulder with sharp pain. My former doctor moved out of the territory and I am now going to a g.p. who is also a sport doctor. After taking x-rays he gave me a cortisone shot by using an ultra sound picture to hit a certain spot and if it worked doing a second spot in 2 weeks. I had it Monday and it is already wearing off. They are supposed to last up to 6 months. Here are things I have tried for pain:

Celebrex
Original cortisone shot from previous Dr. (lasted two weeks)
Hydrocodene Acetaminophen (generic Vicodin)
Biofreeze (which I saw so many good reports on here but it did nothing for me)
A Tens machine treatment

I take Aleve just for something that might help some since Celebrex didn't and it costs less.
