I'm glad to hear that Anthony's surgery was successful.
That's so sad abut his sister's baby. They are both in my thoughts and prayers.

I had never heard it called Fist Disease before, but see it is the same as Fifth Disease,which is similar to measles, so perhaps she is fortunate she had a miscarriage, as children whose mothers have measles during pregnancy are often born with problems. I know I have a deaf cousin whose mother had measles and I know there was an actress (Gene Tierney) whose daughter ended up in a mental institution because the actress had measles and years later a fan told her how anxious she was to see her, she came to where she was appearing while she had the measles.

Condolences to your niece and family. So sad to lose a baby at that advanced stage. My DSis lost a baby. They thought that she was 3 months along but it turned out she was 6 months. Very heartbreaking for her and her DH. The baby was the boy he always wanted.
