Bumblebeez - whenever I happen upon Last of the Mohicans while channel flipping I stop immediately and watch it again. It gets me every time. Last night it was on AMC - Story Notes, an AMC feature where they insert captions at the bottom of the screen with brief 'notes' about the film. It's the first time I watched one - the notes were interesting the first time, but I wouldn't want to see it that way again. Great pictures! Like every year I have little chickadees building a nest in my easvestrough near the front door and with all the snow that was melting off the roof yesterday from the snowstorm the night before I was hoping it washed away the nest. They sure were busy little creatures today all cheerful as they spent time rebuilding their nest. Out my front window everyday I have been watching the battle of the squirrel vs starlings. Every winter the same squirrel nests in a hole in the tree and every spring the starlings come and chase him out but this time the squirrel doesn't want to leave because he probably knows we still have some winter left. LOL The hole is like a time share - now it is the starlings turn but the squirrel won't leave. That poor squirrel is chased up and down and the birds dive at him. I feel sorry for the squirrel, those birds can be viscious. Anne

I did watch it and liked the new spin on this show. I am already sick of Christina though, she just keeps talking and talking and not letting the others talk, thought there was going to be some boxing gloves coming out there for a minute. I like Blake too and I like the ones he picked.

I really don't like the first episodes of each season of "AI," where they blend the heartwarming stories and good voices with the ones that are basically used to make fun of (which gets the show big ratings). I watched the first 2 seasons of "The Voice" and really liked it -- it's just that 2 nights of it eats up a lot of my time, even when I just Tivo it... But I saw a clip of Holly Tucker this morning on "Today" with Kathy Lee and Hoda. She sang "To Make You Feel My Love" and I was just blown away. She has the voice quality of Carrie Underwood of "AI," in my opinion. (As an aside, my newspaper ran an article about why "The Voice" hasn't created any breakthrough stars, like "AI" has.
