How cute! My Dachshund wouldn't go near anything that cold. She loves the heat. When we had a light covering of snow in 2006, she didn't know what to do. She kept lifting up her paws and shaking them and sniffing it trying to figure out what it was.

Thanks guys....well they did do the deed Clare (more then once too) but guess Eddie just doesn't have it (thank goodness)....so No puppies and Ivy is getting fixed....Eddie does not mind the cold but Ivy does...got several of Eddie playing in the snow and Ivy just hunkered down or stayed in the car...Stacy

Our Miss (Doxie too) doesn't like it outside when its cold at all! She shouldn't be living in ND. She loves heat and will go lay on the hot sidewalk and soak up sun! (til she gets hot!)
Now Mac the Chihuahua whom you'd think would be hating cold doesn't seem to mind it like Miss does!
Hmmmm maybe its my dogs that are nuts? LOL
