SW Latte/Kilim Bg & Accent Walls....
Comments (6)wearybuilder Yes, the Cameroon Green is a bit darker in real life than shows the posted photo, but in my opinion not dark at all. We originally painted the color about 6 years ago and liked it so just freshened it with a new coat this winter. We only have 1 window in the office and, of course, the doorway. The wood floor in the office is Brazilian Cherry and was just installed this past winter. We like it too, thanks. The Powder Room is actually wall paper. It is embossed paper and I'll NEVER hang something like it again, but yes, we like the color. The Pergola was last summers project. Glad the photos are serving you in the idea department - that's what they are intended to do. We do everything DIY here so alot of compromise is reached before projects are undertaken. Good luck with yours....See MoreSW Kilim Beige pictures please
Comments (1)Our Living and Dining Rooms plus walls in our Entry and half-way up the stairway are Kilim Beige. These were painted over two years ago and I've never had any regrets. The darker accent color in the Entry is Latte from the same card. Beginning at the stairway landing and continuing through the second floor hall is Divine White, also on the card. Room photos are linked and you should be able to see the paint in differing lighting. Some have expressed concern that a hint of pink appears but I have never noticed that in our home. I suspect there is an influence on the type of artificial lighting and any reflection from other room appointments. Hope these help. BTW, ours is Durations in satin. Comments (5)I have this color in several rooms in my house. I'll try and dig up a few pics. In my LR I have blue as the accent color. In my back hallway I have used what I guess could be called persimmon! It's a burnt orange color. I love this color - it goes with everything. Although not a big fan of yellow with it, my kitchen does have yellow and it's on the few wall I do have in the kitchen. I think it goes with just about anything as long as you stay in the same tone - medium or dark colors. I think pastels would not go wellâ¦so pale yellow, maybe not so much....See MoreBM Shaker Beige - talk to me about it.
Comments (8)I found Shaker Beige can change depending on what is in the room. Looked great with my golden oak cabinets, did not look good with black furniture. It has a yellow undertone, looks great with golds and reds. I love Smokey Taupe and have used it for years in hallways and my living room. It doesn't have gold undertones and is more neutral. I repainted my living room with it, after many years and had trouble finding it. The store had to look it up on the computer and mix it. It is an old color. Jane...See Morestu2900
