final walk thru / home inspect question

Hello

If a buyer waives a home inspection, does that also mean they can bring in whomever they want to really scrutinize the property during a "final walk thru" and are able to renogiate the contract at this late stage (close in 3 days).

I know a good home inspection takes about 3 hours for an average home, but how long is the "final walkthru"? Everything is in boxes all over the house. There are paths to each room but not much more.

I made special arrangements to let them in for the final walkthru but I am strapped for time. Is it as long as a home inspection? I have only about 30 minutes to allow them access as I am strapped for time in 12 different directions right now.
