DH has given several to Grandkids--I got one, but waiting until DH helps me. they are easy to load, so I am told!!! You can load from computer or one of those sticky things. I am sure someone here will help you, if not go to the Computer forum. good luck

I just put my card in from my digital camera. I keep an extra one. You can also put them in on memory. Mine does movies, too. What brand is yours? We have 2 different ones. Maybe someone has a book that they could copy and send to you. It really is easy.

If the brand is anywhere on the frame, you could go to the company's web site and they would most likely have user manuals online that you can download or at least view.

It's a Kodak. Gonna check out the online manual.

My kids gave us one 2 or 3 years ago. My older son got into our photo albums and loaded in old family pictures of my grandmother, etc. before giving it to us. Some were over 50 years old, and some my uncle not only took but developed in his dark room. But now, when the kids send us their pictures via Kodak in an email notice, they automatically load onto the picture frame the next time we turn it on. That is a great feature.

Mine takes a little sd card,it's like the one that comes with the camera. I hook my camera to my computer using a usb cable. I then make a folder with just the pics i'm going to want to use in my frame. You can use any pictures you have on your computer. I bought a Targus card reader writer. sd/sdhc/mmc ( those are all the diffent cards) at Walmart for just a few dollars. It hooks up to your computer by an usb. Put your little card into this and plug it into usb port. Open you folder with your pics and choose to copy them to the reader. When finished take the little disc out and insert it into the opening thats on the picture frame. Turn on frame and it will read all the pictures. There are all kinds of setting to how your picturres display. If you only want the pictures thats on your camera disc and not any others you can take the disc from the camera and put it right into the frame. Then you have to buy another disc ( sd card) for your camera. I have one folder of pictures of my daughters growing up and now with families of there own and use just those pictures for one of my frames. It's really very easy, i've probably made it sound harder but it's not.

Mine can take a memory stick or a card. I just put my favorite Allison picture on the memory stick that's in there. In the morning when I get up, and turn it on. Every time I walk out of my kitchen I see the pictures scroll by. Often I have to stop and watch a few. I LOVE it. My daughter and son in law gave it to me for Christmas last year.

But all this week I had to have it off, and put away. Because Allison found it, and would watch it, instead of eating. It was in great view of where the high chair was, but that was really in the best place there.

They left today, and the frame is up and running again. :)

Check your frame. It will either take a memory card, or stick, or both. Put your favorite pictures on that, and insert.

There are options on how to fade from one picture to the next, but they were easy to follow on my frame.
