Hey all, An update: I have received blocks from: Polardream (Sue) Poldiceann (Ann) Lockeb (Bill) NanaJayne Dian57 (Dianne) So far, "on their way" are: nana24 (Sally) Vasu_Texas (Vasu) paulah-gardener (Paula) Heard from Macbeaner (Virginia), and it will be a little late (no worries :)) For those who have mailed them and they haven't arrived, I would give it some time still :) Strange that mail is taking so long, but I can't imagine that so many blocks are lost in the mail. I'm sure they will arrive eventually. I haven't heard from several people at all, but if I haven't listed you here and you have sent the block, please let me know so I know to look out for it. I did ask for the same pattern next year and am planning to put them all together. I wanted to make a full-size quilt in all blues and therefore need more than just the 12 from this year. I figure, instead of making them myself, I'd do the same block next year and then make a spectacular quilt and pillow set! The overall effect didn't come through too well in the group shot, but I wanted to try to show it anyways. I think this is the type of block that looks a lot better when there are a bunch of them grouped into a pattern, rather than individually.
