Dear Quilting Friends, I too have had illness in my family. It has been a real struggle since January, but it really caught up with me in May. That is when I started getting behind on my blocks. I did not have any energy left over for the good things. This weekend, I focused upon getting completely caught up, so several of you will be receiving packages next week. I am grateful for the emails I received from three of you last week. That is all it took to nudge me back on track. I had forgotten that quilting is good therapy! Yesterday's mail brought envelopes with blocks from Marie in WY and Vicky 4x4.

It's nice to be excited about my birthday again!

I'm in both the Block Buddies and Sew in Sew groups and am not differentiating between the groups when I post the names.
