Feedback on pool bid?

Newbie again looking for some comments on pool bid and would appreciate any feedback. Thank you in advance! I have narrowed down my bids from 5 PBÂs. We are in San Antonio area and are planning a simple lagoon style pool. Since we are on a very limited budget we will not put in a spa. Not much bells and whistles but I do want to make sure we get efficient equipment even if not top of the line.

Specs are:

17.6 x 40 Lagoon Freeform

3.6 - 6 depth, 485 sq ft

Shotcrete, 8" Walls cantilever design, rebar 9" on center, grade 60 ½

Blue Gray Plaster

Flagstone coping

200 decking (very minimal) Plan to sub or DIY flagstone depending on additional sq ft cost.

32Â raised flagstone beam wall 24" with /2 -2ft sheer descents for water feature

Volleyball kit

Sun shelf 6x8 with bubbler and umbrella holder

Standard 500 watt light

2 skimmers

6 inlets

Polaris 380 with 3/4 HP booster pump

DE filter 60FT, Flow rate 120 GPM

Inline Chlorinator Rainbow 320 (Pentair?)

1.5 HP Hayward Northstar two speed pump

1.5 HP pump for sheer descents

Standard Cleaning pkg

Electrical: 9x3 equipment pad, electrical wiring, sub panel, 1 dimmer switch, 1 electrical tower with light and GFI plug, 1 time clock, 1 automatic cleaner relay

Cost $33,900

Draw schedule is $500 down, 70% after shotcrete, 25% at coping, 5% plaster. Quote "Will not accept final payment until satisfied." Not much left at that point!

Waiting on upgrade $$$ for:

Ozone Del Eclipse

Additional Flagstone decking sq ft cost

Chlorine Generator (salt system). PB seems hesitant about this one and recommends ozone.

Pebble-Tec or Pebble Sheen

LED. Designer does not think LED colors would be as effective with dark blue gray plaster and would need 2 at additional cost of around $600 each.(even if they last longer)
