Help..having a hard time choosing a paint color!

We are having our house repainted. I would like to use a beige but they look a little to pink on my walls. I tried SW # 6093 Familar beige and it just looked terrible. I would like to use the same color in my kitchen and family room. It is all open. The family room has 28 foot catherdal ceilings and I have light pecan wood floors. Any idea's would be so helpful!

We just painted a large room in SW Bagel. No undertones whatsoever. It's a medium beige, and we have white beadboard underneath it. Let me see if I have a close up picture of it....okay, here's the back of the room. It's great at night because of the different shades of beige which shows up due to light.

Salmon or peach is a very difficult color to work with if you are going to flip the house. I sell in South Florida where we are known to have a broad variety of exterior colors that aren't typically seen elsewhere and salmon is perceived as an old/dated color in my market which is a buyer turnoff. Your market may be different, but I would stay away from it for selling. It adds to your DOM and many will offer less in order to repaint or just skip over your house and not even see it.

Hi - we are pool company in Arizona - just a little advice on choosing pool color - remember that everything around the pool will impact the color of the water, including the tile, deck, house color, etc. So one color in one yard may not look the same in another based on the other factors. Pebble Technology has a website that you can see what the color of water will look like at different depths as well as sample projects in the gallery. You will see the different pools in gallery and how the surfaces look different in different environments. https://www.pebbletec.com/browse-our-products/pool-finishes/pebble-sheen/ Our favorite to use here is French Grey - there is an older version of French Grey and a newer version, we like both depending on the surrounding materials. The older version had more white stones in it and the newer version has more darker stones. Rule of thumb, the more black/grey in the surface, the bluer the water, the lighter/browner coloring, the more green in the water. Think about Hawaii water is darker blue (lava rock) Caribbean water is more teal (more sand color bottom). Hope this helps. I prefer one floor throughout. It makes the space seamless and yet expansive as the eye follows the floor. But, since you love Aqua tile and want it separate I found some images that might help you think about your space. How much pattern do you like? I like the tile you have chosen it has a happy go lucky attitude that could really bring joy to a space. Two different floors but keeping pattern to a minimum

Last year, we finished building our new custom home. Initially, we were going to have a custom paint palette and have a variety of colors throughout our home. However, due to budget constraints, we decided to choose just one wall color and one trim color for the whole house for the time being. Then, we will go back and chose custom paint colors, room by room, later as we have time and money.

Since my husband is a builder of custom homes, he took me to see a ton of different homes that were near completion so I could see the different color palettes in person. It was much easier for me to do this than trying to chose paint colors by pictures on a monitor or by paint chips. We ended up going with SW Relaxed Khaki for our wall color and SW Antique White for the trim...and it looks amazing!! The Relaxed Khaki goes with almost anything imaginable and the Antique White is such a yummy, creamy color! The only thing I possibly would change if I had it to do over again is I would consider using SW Universal Khaki, which is just one shade darker. We have a TON of natural light so the Relaxed Khaki is a much lighter color in our house than it was in the home we visited. However, I am still extremely pleased with it.

If you are looking for a beige/khaki color, especially one with a slight hint of a green undertone, this would be a great color for you.
