What's for dinner on Monday?

I marinated a couple of huge Portobello mushrooms, then slapped them on the grill! When finished, I layered on some fresh basil leaves and sliced mozzarella, then drizzled with a little balsamic vinegar.

We also had my mixed grains made with extra barley, quinoa, lentils, and black eyed peas.

Sound kinda wierd, lol?
