Storing apple pie

I made an apple pie last night, and I didn't eat any of it until lunch today. So far, I have kept it loosely covered with a paper bag on the counter. Incidentally, it has been raining since last night, and so the humidity is higher than usual. I've read that apple pies can get moldy in two days if left at room temperature and that if refrigerated the crust can get soggy. I'll post the recipe I used after I get home - it was a hybrid crust, but I like the way it turned out, and so far it is is crisp. I am thinking that if it gets soggy that it can be heated up, in case I store it in the fridge. I have a tupperware pie keeper, but I use that mostly for cream and custard pies. I haven't made an apple pie in years, but now that we have an apple tree, I decided that I should start making them again. I'm going to have to pick up an apple peeler/corer at BBB before I make the next one.
