Crisp, Fresh: Go for Green Apples
On the Walls or Au Natural, Green Apples Pack a Decorative Bite
Is everyone baking pie, or is this a design detail of which I was unaware? It must be the latter, as there would have to be some sort of pastry pandemic to warrant all the Granny Smiths we're seeing around Houzz. Not that I'm complaining, mind you; the crisp green brings a punch of color to a room, whether piled in a bowl or as inspiration for a coat of paint.

Technically there is no fruit in this picture, but to me, it's the most green apple-y of the bunch. Paired with off-white, the punchy hue really shines.
Royal blue and bright white feel so refreshing with green — like a Wint-O-Green mint.
