Isn't that something? I have been telling myself all my life, I am going to make some type of food and sell it. I never have but it sounds like it would be so much fun to do. My DH sells his smoked ribs and jerky but I just have never got around to it and here comes this kid...LOL...wish him all the luck in the world from me.

I know two guy's that started marketing a "Barbecue sauce" and they are doing Fabulous. Their Sauce is in almost every grocery store in Vancouver, and they are winning awards for it. An update - When this was originally posted I wrote to Adam who told me to expect the web site up and running in a week or so. I've checked regularly, and today I see it's finally up. I just placed an order; looking forward to trying it out!

Well, now Auntie Teresa is bragging not a little but a lot! I just had some of the G three sauce, served WARM, on a piece of steak and I have to say, with pride, he has nailed his mom's recipe! I'll be very honest with you that I had my doubts the sauce could taste as good as the original recipe, but it was delicious and just as I remembered. The secret to this sauce is warming it before serving with the meat or as I did, have it in a little pitcher to serve. Either simmer a large amount in a saucepan on the stove or grill, or gently warm it in the microwave for a short period of time. At the very bottom of the directions, it does say "Serve Hot."

What's in the sauce? I'm not asking for the secret recipe, just the ingredients list that I assume is on the label.

water, tomato paste, corn syrup, vinegar, salt, onion powder, cooking wine, wheat, soybeans, maltodextrin, lactic acid, butter flavor, guar gum, baking soda, tumeric, milk, dextrose, sugar, caramel color, silicon dioxide, garlic, spices, citric acid, annato color.

In other words, exactly what his mom put in it. LOL!

Can you tell the UPS man knocked on my door today? I'll post more after giving it a try.
