Right now Im having vanilla greek yogurt with fresh raspberries and some granola sprinkled on top. Don't feel like cooking anything so I'll probably make some popcorn later and call it a day.

Warmed up meatloaf and corn from the garden!!

We had bacon, pancakes, and hot tea. I had apple butter on my pancakes.

Hi Rhizo,
We hung out inside today and watched some Olympics, then Julie and Julia (again). I love that show, and I always get sad at the end, and shed some tears.

I warmed up leftover scalloped potatoes, roasted asparagus and made meatballs, with shredded carrot, minced garlic, ginger and sesame oil. A bit of a glaze with hoisin sauce over top. Definitely a keeper.

We had meatloaf, too. Love, love, love meatloaf and mashed potatoes.

Had a couple of bell peppers (orange and red), so I made steak fajitas again. I think that's the second time in a couple of weeks. Very good.

We're having Southwestern sloppy joes and a salad.

I made my niece's Texas Beans yesterday, so it was leftovers tonight.

I'll bet two meat loaves were awfully good....and totally different from each other. There are so many ways to make meatloaf and I can't seem to get it right, ever. :-(

Lots of pancake lovers here at the kitchen table! Robert fixed a batch for us one day last week.

Jas, your meatballs sound fabulous! Hoisin sauce is one of my secret ingredients in several things. I don't think that I've seen that movie; I'll have tl check it out.

Hey! Some of you snuck in on me! I LOVE fajitas! I don't think about making them myself but sure do order them at a restaurant.

Kittie, what are the spices that make your sloppy joey's southwestern? I'm interested in the recipe. We really enjoy regular sloppies but I'd be interested in a tasty variation.

Those Texas beans sound great. We are big bean eaters, all kinds. You'd be surprised at the dishes I add some kind of legumes to.

I made potato salad today which we will eat with grilled chicken. I also made a mocha refrigerated dessert as a trial for an upcoming party.

rhizo, I use onions, garlic, chili powder, cumin and Tabasco Green Pepper sauce. I just do all to taste, so they're never quite the same. I then top the sloppy joe with guacamole.

Pan roasted chicken breast with a shallot, pickled pepper and thyme pan sauce......and Pepperidge Farms apple turnovers.

Alkost out of shallots but most of this seasons have come up, so I hould have more by June.

Terri, cream cheese chili dogs? Sounds intriguing. Mixed together or cream cheese on first or last?

Fun2, your meal reminds me of a warm summer evening, something that many of us are pining for right now. :-) It sounds delicious.

Doesn't Nanelle's dinner sound good? I can picture that on a bed of wild rice with a side of steamed greenbeans......or whatever YOU fixed, Nanelle! Yum.

Kittie, I'm in. Coincidentally, we just bought a bottle of the green stuff (as we call it) the other day.

We had several of my wife's friends over for a Downtown Abbey watching party, since several of us had missed last weeks episode due to the Super Bowl party.

I made a broccoli cheddar quiche, and a crab, mushroom, swiss quiche, with a salad that someone else brought, and a side dish of fried plantains, and pumpkin pie for dessert.

Unfortunately the over-the-air signal was spotty, and we couldn't really watch the episodes.
