Ann T's cheese danish still worth making?

I made the dough for Ann T's cheese danish on Thursday night and put in in the fridge. Would it still be good to use this morning? The day got away from me yesterday. I didn't get to it.

Also, DH prefers fruit or cinnamon. I don't have pie filling, but I have apples, a couple of peaches and pears and frozen blueberries. How should the fruit filling be made? Pre-cooked with sugar, butter and flour or corn starch??

I made cheese danish with the Tarte au Sucre on Wednesday. It was sooooo good! I have enough cheese filling for one danish log. That one is mine ~ :)
