What kind of rolls or bread with this salad?

I'm having some girlfriends over for lunch on Tuesday and have decided to make an Asian style salad with chicken since it's been warm even here. One of my friends is bringing homemade ice cream sandwiches made with ginger cookies for dessert, and I think the only other thing I'd like to add is some sort of bread or roll. I could just make dinner rolls, but do any of you have another idea? Thanks!
