Since I have some bruised up pears, I thought I would try a pear bread recipe tonight. Problem is, I don't have enough regular all-purpose flour.

Here is what is needed:

3 cps a-p flour

1 t. baking soda

1/4 t. baking powder

1 t. salt

Could I sub self-rising flour for these ingredients? Do I need to add more soda or powder? Don't think I would need to add more salt, would I?

Any help is appreciated.
