Considering Replacing Gas Boiler

You folks were so helpful last year educating me on boilers & aquastats, I'm back seeking another opinion. I am considering replacing (upgrading) my 20 year old Peerless gas fired boiler (115,000 btu's) with a high efficency condensing boiler. I am looking for efficiciency (gas bill is astronomical)and am planning in living in this house for at least another 15 years. Eventually we will be adding some form of central air conditioning & will most likely replace the two bathroom radiators with radiant floor heat in the future. No expansion or other structural changes planned.I like my radiators & this 80 year old house. Only other consideration is whether or not to go with indirect hot water? Current hot water tank is more than 10 yrs old. So far I have researched (on-line)Viessman, Peerless, Trinity Ti, & Weil McLain (my preference). Our maintenance tech recommended also looking at Burnham. This is a major expense and I want to make sure we factor-in all possibilities & do it right. Lastly, will I be paying more doing this now? Should I wait until spring? Any suggestions or recommendations will be most appreciated. Thank you!
