Need help perfecting no bake pies

I have a few favorites of mine when it comes to no bake pies. I have made some that contain Eagle brand milk and cream cheese and I have another recipe that takes cream cheese and whipping cream. My problem is always the same, regardless. I chill it for 3 hours and follow the recipes exactly, never altering them or substituting ingredients, and yet they appear to chill well, but when sliced the pie slips out like pudding. What is the trick to getting it to cut out and stay like a regular pie and not fall apart?
