Soy Yogurt, anyone?
I had never tried soy yogurt until today. I loved my own non fat plain yogurt made from cow's milk, but I was always curious about the soy stuff. So I bought some soy beans and stayed up half of the night last night to make soy yogurt. This morning I went to check; it had set but it didn't taste anything like it. I chilled it for a few hours to allow the flavor to develop. Tasted it again, this time, it looked and tasted like silken (soft) tofu! I had never tried soy yogurt before so had no ideas how it supposed to taste like. Does it suppose to taste and look like soft tofu?
