I'm making sushi today

for the very first time.

Does anyone have any suggestions for technique on rolling and cutting.

I am making some with smoked salmon and cream cheese and some with tuna and avocado.

I am following videojugs directions for making sushi rice (it's a Japanese lady in Britain) and have a mat for rolling.

So what do y'all think?
