Chicken Feet! Chicken Feet!

Has anyone ever made chicken stock using chicken feet? Supposedly, it makes an incredibly rich stock that is unlike anything else made with the rest of the bird.

I'm fascinated by this after reading this recipe on a blog. I guess it's also something our Grandmas used to do back in the day. Very common.

Does anyone know how to use the "gel" afterwards? Do you thin it with water? Add regular chicken broth? Reheat?
