What's for dinner? #265

Hey, is everybody on Demerol? Fine, I'll go first, this time.

I just checked out the latter part of WFD #264.

Michelle, those lollies are very pretty; you should expect three cheers from the little recipients.

Dinner and Dessert were both possible due to Jain's generosity. First, we had an old Italian favorite, Chicken Francese. And yes, I make it often, but this one keeps the restless natives quiet and content, why risk it.

Dessert was the last of the Frozen Lemon Souffl, made with the fragrant lemons bestowed upon me by the Pomona Goddess herself, lady Jain.

And if you look very closely, you're bound to see an apparition of the blessed virgin, right there on the lower left hand corner. That's how good it was.

The breads I baked yesterday were all good. But I have to confess that while I did make the Almond Brioche, I also caved and made the guys their favorite, Cinnamon Rolls. Remember yesterday how I said I only had time to bake one thing, and it was going to be the Almond Brioche?

Well, I ended up making two types of rolls. Oh, I had to. You should've heard the loud cries and the whining. And that was just me, trying to get out of it.

Tonight, I'm making something simple again. I have some more treats to decorate for all my Valentines.
